We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager - Malaysia (Open to Expats) to drive sales growth and manage key customer relationships across Malaysia. This role focuses on mechanical and plastic components , including parts and stock shapes, and requires a strong blend of technical expertise and commercial acumen .
What You'll Do :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business in APAC and global markets
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and strategic partners
- Collaborate with Engineering to prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing strategies
- Handle complex sales scenarios and negotiate high-value deals
- Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, orders, and quotations
What We're Looking For :
Degree in Material Science, Chemistry, Polymer Engineering, or related field10 years in sales management or technical sales, preferably in plastics or machining including minimum 5 years of managerial roleStrong understanding of stock shapes, machined parts, and CNC / fabrication processesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProficient in ERP / SAP systems#J-18808-Ljbffr
