Overview

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment tracking, and collections.
• Provide language-specific support for Japanese or Korean-speaking clients, ensuring clear communication and efficient resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards in all financial transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve discrepancies in accounts receivable.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports for auditing purposes.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend best practices.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and timely payments.
