Sales & Marketing Executive (Industrial / Semiconductor)

We are looking for a talented Sales & Marketing Executive for a established MNC that specializes in chemical manufacturing services.

Reporting to : Sales Manager

Location : Selangor

Customer Service & Support :

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Provide timely and effective resolution to customer issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism and service quality. Ensure a positive customer experience through consistent follow-up and proactive communication.

Sales & Marketing Planning :

Assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies, including preparing sales forecasts, market analysis, and promotional plans. Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and to identify growth opportunities.

Business Development :

Identify and pursue new customer acquisition opportunities and explore potential markets to expand the company’s client base. Build strong relationships with prospective clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions that align with their business goals. Support the onboarding process for new customers to ensure a smooth transition and long-term engagement.

the requirements

Demonstrates a positive, solution-driven mindset by analyzing challenges, identifying root causes, proposing effective solutions, and working collaboratively to implement them

Communicates and presents ideas clearly with confidence, both in one-on-one and group settings

Possesses 1–2 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor or broader industrial sector

Open to travel within Penang, Ipoh, and Kedah as part of the role

Transport allowance will be provided to support travel requirements
