The Total Rewards Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that align with our organizational objectives and work culture. The role involves conducting market research, managing compensation surveys, supporting HR budgeting processes, and ensuring compliance with legal standards. The specialist will also handle employee health benefits, global mobility programs, and HR reporting tasks to enhance employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency.
Main Responsibilities
- Compensation Management :
Develop consistent compensation policies in accordance with organizational objectives and work culture.
Conduct ongoing research on emerging market trends and best practices.Conduct compensation surveys to determine benefits and pay rates.Perform job evaluations and review pay ranges through compensation benchmarking analysis.Conduct job architecture and role / level mapping.Ensure procedures concerning annual compensation review, promotion, transfer, and re‑designation follow company policy and legal boundaries.Manage and promote employee benefits portfolio, ensuring consistency and equity across countries.Serve as SME for global mobility policy and advise on global mobility process.Review existing policies against market standards and propose changes to attract and retain talent.Additional Responsibilities :Serve as a strategic advisor to the HR team, translating business imperatives into actionable C&B solutions.
Participate in key HR projects such as job architecture optimization, incentive plan design, and recognition programs.Support management decisions through data‑driven insights.Act as focal point of contact for local HR guidance and issue escalation.Build partnership with HR consulting firms and vendors to maintain a healthy ecosystem.Assist with other related tasks as assigned by the manager.Experience
4–10 years of experience in compensation & benefits.Exposure to HR practices in multinational enterprises.Strong business sense and high learning agility.Detail‑oriented and organized.Proficient in MS Excel.Excellent team player with strong communication skills.'Can Do' attitude and strong implementation drive.Bachelor’s degree or above.Diversity & Inclusion
