Job description

Requirements

  • Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently.
  • Minimum [X] years of experience in renovation, construction, or interior fit-out projects.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract management, and procurement.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ) and tender documents for subcontractors.
  • Evaluate and certify subcontractor claims, variations, and progress payments.
  • Prepare final accounts and project cost reports.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities for future projects.
