Requirements

Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently.
Minimum [X] years of experience in renovation, construction, or interior fit-out projects.
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract management, and procurement.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ) and tender documents for subcontractors.

Evaluate and certify subcontractor claims, variations, and progress payments.

Prepare final accounts and project cost reports.

Identify cost-saving opportunities for future projects.
