Role Description

This is a full‑time role for a Customer Relations Executive based in Ayer Keroh, Melaka. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing partners, supporting learning activities, and maintaining strong communication with customers during learning operations. The role will involve creating and executing strategies to drive business growth and meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Experience in Sales activities.
• Experience in Social Media Content creation for TikTok, Instagram & Facebook
• Experience in handling customer inquiries.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the educational technology sector is a plus
