The impact you’ll make

As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a key role in shaping Lam Research Malaysia’s talent landscape. You will lead full-cycle recruitment across technical, manufacturing, and support functions, partnering with hiring managers, HRBPs, and Global Talent Acquisition to deliver timely and high-quality hiring outcomes. Your strategic approach will help attract top talent, elevate our employer brand, and support initiatives such as campus engagement and recruitment marketing. You’ll also provide market intelligence and talent insights to inform hiring decisions and workforce planning. Your work will help build a high-performing workforce in a company recognized as a highly desirable workplace for global tech talent to start a career, make an impact, and grow.

What you’ll do

Talent Acquisition Execution

• Lead end-to-end hiring : intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and implement sourcing strategies, especially for niche semiconductor roles.
• Source talent via job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and digital platforms.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor laws, and data privacy.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate evaluations and hiring decisions.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer / supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer / supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
