Job descriptionDiploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above; C1 level preferred) and English (Min B1 level). Minimum 6 months’ customer service experience; fresh grads are encouraged to apply. Tech-savvy with good multitasking and communication skills. Sales-driven with the ability to build rapport and handle customer needs effectively. Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries through email and chat.
- Provide technical and product support while identifying sales opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot product issues and ensure first-call resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and use CRM systems effectively.
