Job Responsibilities :
Lead and mentor the TikTok content team — guide creators and e-comm executive.Plan & execute content strategies that drive views, engagement, and sales for each brand.Analyse performance data to improve video results and campaign outcomes.Stay on top of TikTok trends and turn them into high-performing content ideas.Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign flow.Oversee video production process — from ideation, scripting to final review.Requirements :
Minimum 2–3 years experience in TikTok content creation, shop management, operation & strategy.Strong understanding of TikTok algorithm, short-form content, and social commerce.Experience managing or mentoring a small creative team.Comfortable being on-camera when needed.Strong analytical thinking, storytelling, and communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
