Job descriptionSupport customers with orders & questions (via phone & email) Stay calm, professional, and helpful Handle personal data with care & accuracy Share feedback & help improve the customer experience Keep learning & growing with your team Speak and write English at B2 level or higher (Malaysian) Have a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field Type 40+ words per minute with 90% accuracy Know your way around a computer (MS Office, Windows, etc.) Have at least 6 months of customer service experience Or, you're a fresh grad in English / Comms / MassComm Love helping people & solving problems Want to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
