About the role We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the successful delivery of landmark projects at a prominent site in Genting Highlands, Pahang. • Developing and implementing detailed construction plans and schedules
• Coordinating and supervising the work of construction crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as needed to stay on track
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
• Communicating regularly with clients, project stakeholders, and the management team
• Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project records and documentation
