Job descriptionManage tendering and bidding processes in Malaysia. Prepare and control project budgets and final accounts. Lead and supervise project teams to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure compliance with industry standards. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry. Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay (spoken and written). Strong knowledge of housing and industrial factory projects; candidates with municipal project experience will be considered for higher pay. Knowledge in tendering and bidding processes for construction projects. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
