Responsibilities

• Compile and validate data from various departments to support the timely production of statistics and reports for various accreditation bodies.
• Assist with the preparation of documentation and evidence for programme accreditation, institutional audits, and manage logistic arrangements during accreditation visits.
• Ensure SBS’s membership subscriptions with local and international professional bodies are renewed promptly.
• Assist in reviewing documents to adhere to the requirements of international accreditation bodies and the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).
• Responsible to stay informed about quality standards, best practices and education policies influencing the school.
• Provide administrative support to school committees and academic departments regarding curriculum changes and assurance of learning.
• Support academic departments in audit preparation and addressing audit-related findings.
• Coordinate curriculum mapping process for establishment and renewal of articulation arrangements.
• Maintain course information in the curriculum management system (e.g., Ion‑Cudos).
• Assist in maintaining the school’s shared folder with course files for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
