Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the company’s QMS (e.g. ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
• Coordinate and attend third-party and customer audits (e.g., ISO, CTPAT, BSCI, SEDEX, etc.).
• Liaise with auditors and prepare audit materials, site walkthroughs, and presentations.
• Maintain audit readiness at all times.
• Follow up on corrective / preventive actions (CAPA) post-audit.
• Conduct internal audits / spot checks and ensure closure of non-conformities.
• Prepare and update QMS documentation including procedures, forms, work instructions, and manuals.
• Conduct risk assessments and security self-assessments as required by CTPAT.
• Conduct QMS / CSR / CTPAT awareness training for relevant departments.
• Provide guidance to production, warehouse, and HR teams on quality and compliance procedures.
