As a Team Leader, you will act as the operational backbone of a high‑performing digital marketing team. Your role is to lead and support a group of senior‑level executors across multiple advertising projects, ensuring on‑time task delivery, performance excellence, and team alignment. You are expected to bring both strategic thinking and hands‑on execution expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise team members across concurrent marketing projects, ensuring advertising and task timelines are met.
- Organize and lead daily / weekly syncs to track KPIs and project milestones.
- Unblock team execution, balance workload, and resolve bottlenecks efficiently.
- Act as a bridge between management and team members to ensure clear communication and execution alignment.
- Participate in campaign strategy planning and provide structural guidance (Campaigns / Ad Sets / Ads).
- Troubleshoot Facebook Ads issues such as account restrictions, conversion tracking, and creative performance.
- Monitor advertising KPIs (CPL, CPR, CPD, etc.) and provide ongoing optimization direction.
- Optimize allocation of advertising budgets and team resources across different projects.
- Support KPI bonus mechanism design and contribute to replicable best practices.
- Help implement and enforce internal protocols (e.g., attendance tracking, MC / AL requests, task discipline).
- Proactively observe team dynamics and propose constructive improvements to leadership.
Job Requirements
Must-Have Experience
Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Facebook Ads experience, including CBO / ABO structure, pixel setup, and conversion optimization.At least 1 year of experience in managing or coordinating projects with multiple deliverables or stakeholders.Strong ability to analyze advertising performance using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or dashboards.Proven capability to handle fast‑paced, multi‑project work environments.Soft Skills
