Responsibility
- Achieve growth and sales targets by successfully coaching and managing your sales team
- Implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and establishes a strong presence within the industry
- Recruiting, objective setting, coaching and training a top-class corporate sales team
- Building a winning sales team of highly motivated and goal-driven professionals who can create value, growth and profitable expansion for Cartrack in Thailand
- Negotiating strategic partnerships and alliances that will facilitate market entry, and gain immediate access to both commercial and consumer markets (i.e. OEM’s consultants, integrators, solution / service providers)
- Mapping a market entry strategy and providing visibility in building a marketing and corporate communications program that will drive brand recognition and service demand
