Key Responsibilities :
- Team Management : Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales agents to ensure optimal performance and achievement of sales targets.
- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement telesales strategies to drive revenue, acquire new customers, and retain existing ones.
- Performance Monitoring : Monitor and analyze individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and guidance, and assisting in improving sales results.
- Training & Development : Provide ongoing training, coaching, demonstration and mentoring to telesales agents to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
- Customer Interaction : Oversee and, when necessary, participate in customer calls to ensure high-quality service and to resolve any escalated issues.
- Sales Targets : Set and review sales targets, ensuring the team meets or exceeds set goals for revenue, conversion rates, and other KPIs.
- Process Improvement : Continuously assess and improve telesales processes and workflows to enhance team productivity and sales results.
Key Requirements :
Minimum of 3-5 years in telesales, with at least 1-2 years in a team lead.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.In-depth understanding of telesales techniques and customer engagement.Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven.
