Job Description
- Business Driver — Disciplinary responsibility of an organizational unit (team; cost center), whereby the focus here is on personnel and budget responsibility in particular; representing and positioning your own organizational unit to stakeholders as well as actively cooperating with business partners to create sustainable needs and generate new orders; analyzing, evaluating and planning key figures to be able to control one's own organizational unit according to financial aspects; making personnel decisions regarding personnel selection, capacity management, as well as performance- and remuneration-relevant aspects
- Transformational Leader — Active participation in strategy development at the organizational level; translating and managing strategic developments for your own organizational unit; operate active portfolio management to ensure strategic requirements
- People Developer — Accompaniment and support of employees in their professional and personal development; active management of team dynamics as well as individual orientation regarding expectations and development potential; general care for the employees responsible
- Change Agent — Ensuring a future-proof orientation of your own organizational unit - in terms of collaboration models, product orientation, skill management, competence development and transformation capability; procedural, organizational and empathetic support of the employees responsible for changes; promoting international collaboration at the Home of Tech level (in terms of content and culture)
