• Oversee site setup, safety compliance, and authority requirements.
• Monitor progress, quality, and timelines — ensuring projects are completed on schedule.
• Prepare and review site reports, delivery notes, and variation orders.
• Conduct defect inspections, manage rectifications, and prepare as-built drawings.
• Ensure strong adherence to client and building management regulations.
