Finance and Account Manager at Black Point Design Sdn Bhd
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage site operations from project kick-off to handover.
- Coordinate with designers, suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee site setup, safety compliance, and authority requirements.
- Monitor progress, quality, and timelines — ensuring projects are completed on schedule.
- Prepare and review site reports, delivery notes, and variation orders.
- Conduct defect inspections, manage rectifications, and prepare as-built drawings.
- Ensure strong adherence to client and building management regulations.
Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or interior fit‑out projects (office, commercial, or renovation works preferred).Strong knowledge of site management, safety compliance, and authority submissions.Able to read and understand technical drawings and BOQ.Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.Detail‑oriented with ability to meet tight deadlines.Proficient in MS Office, project reporting, and site documentation.Seniority level : Executive
