Master all basic cooking methods, including cutting of ingredients.
Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to menu / SOP needed for the station daily.
Responsible for proper storage of food preparation and storage area.
Improving your food preparation methods based on feedback.
To perform overall cleaning duty of the kitchen area, all crockery, and equipment.
To always maintain food safety standard.
Be familiar with the use of all electrical and mechanical equipment in the kitchen and observe safety precautions when handling them.
To undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Head Chef & Chef De Partie.
Ability to work in a team.
