Responsibilities
- Attend training & workshops on financial planning, insurance, and sales
- Shadow experienced financial advisors during client meetings
- Build communication skills : approach prospects, handle questions & present solutions
- Assist in marketing activities, events, and promotions
- Practice and apply real sales skills with guidance
