Apprentice – Great A.C.E. Program

Job Description

Join the Great A.C.E. Program and gain real-world experience as an apprentice in the financial advisory industry. This program is designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and exposure to kickstart a rewarding career.

Responsibilities

  • Attend training & workshops on financial planning, insurance, and sales
  • Shadow experienced financial advisors during client meetings
  • Build communication skills : approach prospects, handle questions & present solutions
  • Assist in marketing activities, events, and promotions
  • Practice and apply real sales skills with guidance

Program Structure & Benefits

  • Monthly allowance : RM1,000
  • First 3 months : Focus on learning, training & exposure (sales encouraged but not compulsory)
  • Month 4–12 : Apply knowledge with monthly sales targets to remain eligible for allowance
  • Career pathway available for high performers

  • Open to fresh graduates or final-year students
  • Strong interest in financial planning & sales
  • Willingness to learn and take on challenges
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
