Job Description

• Manage AP, AR, and CM activities, assisting with month-end tasks such as reconciliations and intercompany confirmations.
• Lead standardization efforts to improve productivity, ensuring SLA / KPI adherence and audit compliance.
• Address and resolve queries from Group Treasury, banks, and auditors.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates to control activities for AP, CM, and AR, maintaining healthy reconciliations and escalations.
• Approve bank and journal entries; support team development and provide performance feedback.
• Support the budget, forecasting, and other projects.

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of experience across AP, AR & GL, with 3+ years in audit preferred; ACCA / MACPA / ASCPA qualification.
• Strong IFRS knowledge, AP / AR / CM management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Able to speak, read & write Mandarin as the incumbent will be servicing the China region. (MUST HAVE)
• Proficiency in financial systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
• Proven analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
