Job description

Responsibilities

Acquire new customers through calls and chats
Provide clear product / service presentations to prospects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Manage the sales process from start to closing.
Achieve the assigned sales targets (sales KPI).
Consistently follow up with prospects & leads.
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports & share market feedback with management.

Requirements

Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in a related field.

Experience in sales / telemarketing / customer service is an advantage.

Pleasant personality, friendly & confident in customer interactions.

Strong communication, negotiation & closing skills.

Highly motivated, hardworking & able to work with targets.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided).
