Production Area Leader Curing & OB

The Production Area Leader is fully responsible for overseeing the safety, daily operations, compliance, and continuous improvement within the Curing & OB area. This role ensures smooth production flow, adherence to quality standards, and fosters a culture of safety and efficiency. The leader also collaborates across departments to drive strategic initiatives and workforce development.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations (Full Responsibility)

• Ensure operators follow all quality checks, SOPs, and standards.
• Lead SAT4 meetings and escalate issues to relevant departments.
• Monitor daily GT stock inventory and ensure accuracy.
• Enforce discipline and manage daily manpower arrangements.
• Ensure production runs smoothly and revise plans as needed.
• Escalate production issues to Business Team Leader / HOD or support teams.
• Coordinate with Engineering during breakdowns and prioritize repairs.

Qualifications

Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Manufacturing with minimum 5 years experience OR Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Manufacturing with minimum 3 years experience.

Preferably have experience in managing Shopfloor employees.

Fluent in Malay and English
