Job Summary

The Senior Project Engineer (Civil) will lead and manage all civil and structural aspects of GRP pipeline and water infrastructure projects — from design development to project execution. This role requires strong technical expertise in pipeline systems, structural works, and site management. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet the required technical, safety, and quality standards.

As a registered Professional Engineer (Ir.), the incumbent will also play a key role in providing professional validation, design assurance, and mentoring junior engineers within the team.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering Design & Technical Coordination

Lead the design and review of civil and structural components related to GRP pipeline, sewerage, and water treatment projects.

• Prepare and verify engineering calculations, layout drawings, and design specifications.
• Ensure compliance with relevant local and international standards (MS, BS, ACI, Eurocode, etc.).
• Coordinate with internal mechanical, piping, and electrical teams for integrated engineering solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and supervision to junior engineers and CAD personnel.

Project Management & Execution

Plan, monitor, and manage project progress to ensure timely delivery, cost control, and adherence to specifications.

Site Implementation & Quality Control

Conduct site inspections and ensure construction activities comply with approved designs and specifications.

Compliance & Professional Accountability

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and engineering regulations.
