Engineering Lead

As the engineering lead for Lending, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled engineers to develop, enhance, and maintain our loan origination, loan management, collection system. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of our lending platform.

Key Responsibilities :

• As manager, lead and mentor a team of software engineers reporting to you in design, development, and maintenance of retail and SME lending system.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and availability of the lending systems.
• Implements best practices for software development, code reviews and continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI / CD) like Jenkins.
• Drive innovation by staying up-to-date with latest industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and address technical debt, ensuring the long-term maintainability and stability of the systems.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus within the engineering team.
• Manage resource allocation, project timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
