Sales Leader (Wireline / Tubular Running Services / Downhole)
Our client specialises in lifecycle services for the oil and gas segment and are looking for candidates specifically with experience in downhole tools, well completion, TRS and / or wirelines across the SEA and APAC region.
Purpose : Deliver new and profitable business, manage commercial contracts, identify opportunities, and develop a sustainable sales model across the Asia Pacific Region.
Responsibilities
- Support commercial department in tendering and contracting submissions.
- Identify and strategize new business opportunities with the Business Development Managers.
- Manage proposals and contracts for strategic projects, providing contractual guidance.
- Lead awarded proposals, ensuring contract terms align with negotiations.
- Develop and deliver product line presentations to clients.
- Provide forecast and budget support to the organization.
- Strategize based on market intelligence and identify new technology opportunities.
Qualifications
Sales experience across emerging markets (Vietnam, Thailand, Myanmar, Malaysia, Philippines)Minimum 10 years’ experience, including 3 years in a leadership role in a commercial contracts environment.Proven success in contracts / proposals management and client relationship development.Comprehensive industry knowledge, especially in commercial aspects.Seniority level
