Overview

Staff Engineer GaN Technology Development – Infineon Technologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development of GaN power technologies in collaboration with application, product, TCAD simulation and reliability teams.
• Work with Unit process Development experts to define process requirements and optimization with process modules.
• Set up new Process of Records and take ownership for the complete process flow (process integration).
• Plan, coordinate and evaluate experiments using Design of Experiment techniques.
• Ensure fast and secure development lot delivery within project timeline.
• Define and design test structures for process control, assess data and correlate to process and device characteristics.
• Perform electrical device measurement and characterizations.
• Support the production team in the ramp-up phase of new technologies.
