ASSISTANT ARCHITECT

Assist in the development of architectural designs, plans, and presentations for property development projects.

Prepare drawings, 3D models, and renderings for concept design and client presentations.

Work closely with the senior architect and project team to translate project requirements into creative, feasible design solutions.

Support design coordination with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Conduct site visits and assist in monitoring construction to ensure design compliance.

Assist in planning applications, authority submissions, and technical documentation.

Research and propose materials, finishes, and design trends relevant to each project.

Maintain project documentation and ensure all design files are updated and organized.

Attend design meetings and contribute to brainstorming and problem-solving sessions.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Architecture (LAM Part I)

2–3 years of relevant architectural experience, preferably in property development or mixed-use projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with BIM is an advantage.

Strong design sensibility and a good understanding of planning, building codes, and construction processes.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset.
