Assistant Hair Stylist

Key Responsibilities :

• Client Consultation : Conduct thorough consultations to understand client desires, assess hair condition, and provide expert recommendations.
• Hair Services : Perform a variety of services including, but not limited to :
• Haircuts and precision shaping for all hair types and lengths.
• Chemical services : coloring, highlights, balayage, ombre, color correction, perms, straightening treatments.
• Styling : blowouts, formal / evening styles, braiding, and updos.
• Hair treatments : deep conditioning, keratin, and other restorative treatments.
• Product Knowledge & Sales : Maintain expert knowledge of the salon's product lines. Recommend and retail products to clients for at-home care to support their hair health and style.
• Client Retention : Build and maintain a strong, loyal clientele through exceptional service, personalized care, and follow-up.
• Salon Maintenance : Ensure your workstation and the common areas of the salon are clean, sanitized, and stocked according to state board regulations and salon standards.
• Professional Development : Stay current with the latest industry trends, techniques, and products through continued education and training.

Qualifications & Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist.
• For non experience or fresh graduate will work as Assistant Hair stylist
• A strong portfolio demonstrating skills in cutting, coloring, and styling.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
• A customer-centric attitude with a passion for service.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
