Job Description
Assist in the end-to-end management of contracts, including preparation, renewals, terminations, and processing of deposit refunds.
Review and maintain accurate records of all contract documentation to ensure data integrity and easy retrieval.
Ensure all contract activities comply with company policies, internal guidelines, and relevant regulations.
Coordinate with the legal department to seek clarification, resolve issues, and support in drafting or amending agreements when required.
Liaise with cross-functional teams to address contract-related matters, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution.
Support process improvements in contract administration to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and risk management.
Working hours and days : 9am - 6pm, Mon - Sat (Weekends WFH)
Job Requirements
Possess a minimum Diploma or Degree in Enforcement, Law, Business Administration, Logistics Management, Supply Chain, International Business, or relevant fields.
Any levels of experience with working in the Express Industry.
Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. Complete Mandarin proficiency is mandatory as the role requires liaising with internal Chinese stakeholders.
Good communication skills and stakeholder management.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, tech savvy.
Able and willing to work for 6 days a week (weekdays work from office, weekends work from home).
