IT SYSTEM SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Perform support, configuration and troubleshooting on IT Network infrastructure system including network connectivity, server system equipment, printer, router, network switches, CCTV, email, phone line, EBI-POS, user laptop and desktop.

Software installs and peripherals.

Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures within prescribed guidelines and / or escalates to other technical resources as appropriate.

Server administration : Domain / file server, mail server and web application.

Troubleshoots and support operational quality desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated Peripherals.

Performs maintenance services.

Troubleshoot system failures and provide solutions to restore functionality.

Responsible to monitor CCTV (HQ & Branch). Able to operate and maintaining the CCTV / Surveillance Equipment

Work closely with EBI-POS system suppliers to track, identify and resolve POS system functionality problems and faults.

Provide onsite and offsite consulting services

Proactively identify, analyse, and respond to issues and risks.

Possess a deep understanding of software implementation lifecycles, development methodologies, operating systems, technical platforms / architecture, and application servers.

Excellent business process knowledge

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Perform any tasks and assignments given by superior from time to time.

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.

Preferably Executive specialized in IT / Computer Network / System / Database Admin or equivalent.

At least two (2) years of related experience in network environment

Has knowledge in using EBI POS system is an advantage.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision and a positive mindset.

Possess own transport due to require to travel to branch sites.

Previous experience in a retail environment in an analyst or advisor role;

Ability to work independently with minimal assistance and eager to learn new skills and technologies according to the business needs and industry demands.
