Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ICT Senior Executive to join our dynamic team at AISM. This position plays a crucial role in managing and supporting the school's network and server systems. Reporting directly to the Head of ICT, the ICT Senior Executive will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the network and server systems, including Microsoft Windows Servers & virtualization, Wireless System, Linux Servers, network infrastructure, firewall system, SAN storage, bandwidth management, Active Directory Server & Services, Endpoint system, Backup System, Google Workspace, server rooms, and school applications.
• Collaborate on ICT projects to enhance network infrastructure and services.
• Work closely with network and server vendors to ensure smooth operations and resolve technical issues.
• Utilize SQL and PHP knowledge for database-driven application development and maintenance.
• Provide support and troubleshoot network-related issues for teachers, students, and administrative staff.
