What You'll Be Doing
Chat with customers via phone or email and help them solve problems with clarity and care
Spot concerns early and help protect our client’s brand reputation
Share fresh ideas that improve how we work and serve
Escalate priority issues to the right team quickly and accurately
Keep learning through training and hands-on experience – we’ve got your back
What We're Looking For
Diploma or Degree in any field – fresh grads are welcome!
Good command of English and Cantonese (B2 level and above – spoken and written)
Previous experience in customer service is a bonus, but not required
Love talking to people and solving real-world problems
Able to multitask, type fast (min. 40wpm), and stay cool under pressure
Open to feedback and excited to grow in a team-focused, high-energy environment
