Campbell Malaysia is the Regional Hub for The Arnott’s Group Asia Business Unit. Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the organization leads the strategy & direction to ensure that The Arnott’s Group has a geographical footprint across Total Asia.
Campbell Malaysia also supports the region by supplying locally manufactured and marketed brands such as Campbell’s soup, Prego pasta sauces as well as Kimball & Cheong Chan sauces. Asia’s extended range of consumer food brands also include TST, Swanson, GoodTime & Nyam Nyam.
Position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
Job Responsibilities :
- (a) Strategic Warehouse Planning & Operations
Develop and execute warehouse strategies aligned with overall business direction.
Supervise inbound, transfer, issue-out and storage of raw, pack and WIP materials in external and plant warehouse facilities ensuring proper documentation and system inventory transaction accuracy.Conduct periodic inventory validation, cycle counts and reconciliation to maintain accuracy.Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, regulatory, GMP, HACCP, Halal, food safety and quality standard procedures / requirements.Ensure timely, accurate computation and arrangement of materials requirements transfer from external warehouse as per MRP Planner weekly MPS materials request docket.Collaborate with MRP Inbound planner to ensure timely and accurate inbound shipments.Optimize truck scheduling, loading and unloading operations to improve turnaround times.Collaborate with internal teams (MRP Planners, QA, R&D, Safety & Capex Projects) to meet business needs and 3PL / Suppliers to ensure service quality and resolve operational issues as needed.(c) Performance & Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities for process improvements with TIMWOODS methodology on Man, Machines, Materials & Method and implement best practice in warehouse operations to improve efficiency and cost savings.
Propose, align and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory accuracy, OTIF materials transfer and availability to support MPS requirements.Monitor materials aging and manage defective stock quantities, including disposal or redistribution, and ensure accurate processing in the internal system.(d) Team Collaboration and DevelopmentWork closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of warehouse activities.
Provide guidance and support to warehouse personnel to enhance operational performance.Foster a culture of continuous improvements and operation excellence, leveraging on technology ie WMS, pallet scanning and etc.Job Requirement :
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably in warehouse management for FMCG environment.Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain management, including logistics, procurement, inventory, and distribution processes.Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma or TPM continuous improvement methodologies.Strong analytical, problem‑solving with a data driven mindset and decision‑making skills.Experience working with ERP, WMS or internal systems for inventory and digital / automation solutions.Excellent communication, stakeholder management and training delivery ability.Seniority level
