• Develop, implement and manage the web and mobile applications such as Salesforce, Customer Mobile app etc for Motor MY.
• Co-ordinate users requirements and ensuring there are adequately satisfied and to get user agreement on priorities of enhancement
• Responsible for effective user support and providing end user computing solutions
• Ensure actions are planned and carried out to meet performance objectives in resolving end user problems.
• Strategize and plan the IT manpower and resources to achieve operation business goals and objectives.
• Designs, codes, verifies, tests, documents, amends and refactors complex programs / scripts and integration software services.
• Designs, specifies and executes test cases and scenarios to test that systems, products and services fulfill the acceptance criteria and deliver the predicted business benefits.
• Collaborates with project colleagues and stakeholders involved in the analysis, development and operation of products, systems or services to ensure accuracy and comprehensive test coverage.
• Contributes to the selection of the software development methods, tools and techniques.
• Applies agreed standards and tools to achieve well-engineered outcomes.
• Participates in reviews of own work and leads reviews of colleagues' work.
• Monitors and reports on the progress of development projects. Ensures projects are carried out in accordance with agreed architectures, standards, methods and tools and addresses security and privacy requirements.
• Works closely with the business team and functional team to help prospects to clarify their needs and requirements.
• Maintains application support processes, and checks that all requests for support are dealt with according to agreed procedures.
• Uses application management software and tools to investigate issues, collect performance statistics and create reports.
• Participate in the Salesforce COE and contribute ideas / knowledge / assistance to the other market.

• At least 6 years of experience in a related field.

• Good change management skills with the ability to initiate change and manage change effectively.
