As our solutions evolve and customer integrations grow more complex, delivering scalable, maintainable, and technically sound implementations has never been more critical. We’re now looking for a Senior Architect to join our Services Implementation team in Bengaluru, India to help us meet this challenge.

This is a strategic role, where you’ll shape the low‑level architecture of partner‑specific customizations and lead our efforts to industrialize delivery through standardization and automation. You’ll play a vital role in reducing our reliance on contractors, improving delivery quality, and driving long‑term maintainability of our implementations.

You’ll work closely with internal teams across product, technology, and services, as well as global partner ecosystems, helping us scale securely and efficiently while keeping innovation at the heart of everything we do.

What you will do in this role :

• Customization architecture & design – You’ll lead the architectural design of customer‑specific integrations, translating product interfaces and partner requirements into concrete technical designs. You’ll produce and maintain design specifications, assess technical debt, and ensure consistent architectural standards across implementations.
• Standardization and industrialization – You’ll help us scale by driving reuse, reducing complexity, and introducing standardized patterns for common customization needs. Your work will contribute to building out a service catalog and improving the serviceability and maintainability of our delivered solutions.
• AI‑powered automation – You’ll actively identify where AI and automation can be used to boost delivery productivity. Whether it's automating recurring tasks or applying intelligent tooling to architectural workflows, you’ll help turn potential into practice.
• Driving innovation – You’ll help foster a culture of experimentation and improvement by initiating innovation activities, such as hackathons and exploratory team projects. Your ability to encourage creative thinking and turn ideas into actionable outcomes will help evolve how we deliver.
