Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and innovative Junior Livestream Producer to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our livestreaming initiatives, responsible for bringing our content to life in real‑time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the pre‑production process, including scheduling rehearsals, coordinating talent, and organizing technical requirements.
• Manage all technical aspects of livestream production, including camera setup, lighting, sound, and graphics to ensure a high‑quality broadcast.
• Develop production timelines and checklists to streamline workflows and ensure timely delivery of all materials.
• Direct live broadcasts, maintain seamless flow of content, engage audience, and manage unexpected challenges.
• Coordinate with and prepare influencers, hosts, talent, and crew to create a dynamic and interactive atmosphere during live events, including Q&A, polls, and social media interactions.
• Monitor and respond to live feedback and comments to enhance viewer experience in real time.
• Compile reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to inform future strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and talent to foster collaboration and enhance production quality.
• Coordinate with external agencies and the brand to plan the livestream schedule and setup.
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote livestream events across social media platforms and other channels, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in livestreaming and digital content creation.
