Respond to customer inquiries and get customer information for sales team.

Follow up on customer requests and ensure satisfaction.

Handle day-to-day operations of general administrative support on office matters.

Keep records and reports up to date.

Provide excellent customer service to clients.

Maintain office supplies, equipment, and ensure a well-organized workspace.

Stock management.

Assist service staffs job functions.
