Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain online stores (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Website)
  • Upload, update and optimise product listings (images, descriptions, pricing, stock availability)
  • Plan and execute sales campaigns, vouchers, bundles and promotions
  • Coordinate with marketplaces for mega campaigns (11.11, 12.12 etc.)
  • Handle customer inquiries via Shopee Chat, TikTok Chat, WhatsApp, email and social media
  • Provide excellent support on product information, payment, delivery, returns and complaints
  • Assist with order fulfilment : order processing, packing checks, delivery coordination with warehouse / logistics
  • Monitor delivery status, returns and refund processes
  • Work with creative / marketing team for product photos, videos, banners and promotional content
  • Assist in running digital ads (Facebook, TikTok, Google) to drive traffic and conversions
  • Collaborate with influencers / KOLs to increase product exposure and brand visibility
  • Monitor competitor pricing, promotions and customer reviews
  • Research e-commerce trends and propose new ideas for growth
  • Track sales performance and prepare weekly / monthly reports for management

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce or related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in e-commerce, customer service or fulfilment (fresh graduates with passion are welcome)
  • Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Seller Center and basic digital marketing tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
  • Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Detail-oriented, customer-focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment
