Job Summary
The Service Crew is responsible for day-to-day food and beverage preparation, customer service, and maintaining operational standards in accordance with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare food and beverages according to daily requirements and quality standards.
 - Operate the cashier system and perform all cash handling tasks accurately.
 - Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is maintained at optimal levels.
 - Perform stock ordering and restocking based on outlet needs.
 - Ensure full compliance with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
 - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work and dining areas.
 - Always deliver excellent customer service
