Job Summary

The Service Crew is responsible for day-to-day food and beverage preparation, customer service, and maintaining operational standards in accordance with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare food and beverages according to daily requirements and quality standards.
• Operate the cashier system and perform all cash handling tasks accurately.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is maintained at optimal levels.
• Perform stock ordering and restocking based on outlet needs.
• Ensure full compliance with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work and dining areas.
• Always deliver excellent customer service
