What you’ll be doing (Tax Associate)
- Preparing and filing accurate tax returns and supporting documentation for individual and corporate clients
- Conducting tax research and analysis to identify potential tax savings and mitigation strategies
- Advising clients on tax planning, compliance, and minimisation opportunities
- Collaborating with the finance team to ensure seamless integration of tax-related activities
- Staying up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and regulations
- Providing high-quality customer service and building strong relationships with clients
What you’ll be doing (Tax Assistant Manager)
Independently manage the full tax compliance cycle, including tax planning, preparation of tax returns and liaising with tax authoritiesAdvise on direct and indirect tax implications of corporate transactions and organisational changesSupport tax audits and investigations, and manage tax risk effectivelyDevelop and implement tax optimisation strategies to minimise the company’s tax liabilitiesProvide technical tax expertise and guidance to internal stakeholdersLead and mentor junior tax professionals within the teamStay up-to-date with the latest tax legislation and regulationsWhat you’ll be doing (Tax Manager)
Oversee the preparation and filing of all tax returns, including corporate income tax, GST, and withholding taxAnalyse and interpret tax legislation, regulations, and guidelines to ensure the company’s tax affairs are compliantLiaise with tax authorities and represent the company in any tax-related matters or auditsProvide strategic tax advice to management, identifying tax planning opportunities and minimising the company’s tax liabilitiesManage and mentor the tax team, delegating tasks and ensuring timely completion of projectsStay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, and communicate their impact to relevant stakeholdersWhat we offer
