Overview

Responsible for manufacturing deburring process, production output, quality, on-time delivery, process improvement, safety and housekeeping in the manufacturing line to manufacture high quality products for customers with the objective of ensuring smooth business operations within department guidelines, work protocols and corporate policies.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for production and quality output
• Perform deburring process according to schedule and required specifications, drawings, and work instructions.
• Ensure full and efficient pass down to the next shift.
• Highlight any problems or abnormalities
• Provide training activities for new comer (buddy system)
• Take part in continuous improvement activities
• Perform housekeeping, adhere to manufacturing discipline and cleanroom protocol
• Support any relevant ad hoc duties and tasking assigned by the superior

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Educational / Certification Requirement

At least SKM for Malaysian or equivalent technical cert in other countries.
