Lead Concept Artist

As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity : Original Sin 2 is looking for a Lead Concept Artist to join the team and help us in crafting the high caliber games our fans have come to expect.

Responsibilities

• Designing characters, creatures, and environments to align with the game's artistic direction.
• Collaborating with the Art Director(s) to define and implement the visual style of the game.
• Conducting research and suggesting concept references under the guidance of the Art Director(s).
• Develop and deliver art briefings to the Concept Art team, in collaboration with the Art Director(s) guidance.
• Leading the Concept Art team by providing mentorship and constructive feedback to other artists.
• Working closely with leads and team members from various departments to ensure the conceptual vision transitions smoothly into the final gameplay.
• Partnering with 3D asset, environment, and character teams to support their design processes and solve visual challenges that arise during production.
• Overseeing the talent management process and playing a key role in the career development of team members.
