Overview
We’re seeking a Telesales Representative fluent in English and Chinese to join our fast-growing team at KPay. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving business growth by reaching out to small and medium-sized business owners, introducing KPay’s innovative payment solutions, and generating qualified leads for our sales team.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy sales environment, enjoys speaking with people, and has a confident phone presence . You’ll work closely with the field sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey—from first contact to conversion.
You’ll be instrumental in building our customer base in the Australian market and helping merchants discover smarter ways to manage payments and grow their business.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 250+ outbound cold calls to SME business owners to introduce KPay’s payment solutions and generate interest.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for field sales representatives to conduct in-person or virtual meetings.
- Understand and communicate KPay’s value proposition clearly and persuasively to prospects across different industries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, and meeting outcomes using CRM tools.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and meetings booked.
- Collaborate closely with the field sales team to ensure high lead-to-meeting conversion rates and feedback loops.
- Follow up on warm leads from marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries when applicable.
- Stay updated on KPay’s product offerings, industry trends, and common merchant objections to improve sales pitch effectiveness.
- Deliver excellent customer experience and represent KPay’s brand professionally on every call.
Key Requirements
4+ years of experience in telesales, or a similar outbound sales role, ideally targeting SMEs.Strong communication and persuasion skills, with a clear and confident phone presence.Resilience and persistence, with the ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.Goal-oriented mindset, with a strong drive to meet and exceed KPIs and team targets.Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage lead pipelines and follow up consistently.Basic computer literacy, with experience using CRM systems or lead-tracking tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, coordinating effectively with field sales and marketing.Being fluent in English and Vietnamese is a mustPrevious experience in fintech, payments, or B2B sales is a plus but not required.Energetic and positive attitude, with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.#J-18808-Ljbffr
