Position : Overseas Recruitment Consultant (Overseas Chinese Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Understand client recruitment needs by analyzing job requirements, industry background, and candidate profiles.
• Actively source, identify, and screen suitable candidates through LinkedIn and other industry channels.
• Lead candidate communication : conduct interviews, assess fit, and prepare recommendation reports.
• Support the project manager in coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and assisting in offer negotiations.
• High-performing consultants will gradually take on client communication and project ownership responsibilities, progressing toward a leadership role.
