Facility Manager (Immediate Hiring)

Plan, coordinate, and manage Facility Maintenance and Cleansing Services in compliance with SOP, TRPI, MAP, ISO standards, statutory requirements, and by‑laws.

Oversee administration, finance, procurement, IT, safety, and quality functions, while maintaining strong liaison with the Company’s management.

Verify technical documents, inspections, work orders, and asset registers, ensuring all maintenance works (PPM, RI, CM) are completed as scheduled.

Train staff in safe operations, and enforce health, safety, and environmental best practices.

Manage contractors and vendors according to contracts, and support technical site visits and surveys.

Prepare, review, and submit reports, proposals, and budgets to meet KPI and corporate deadlines.

Plan and manage replacement, improvement, and alteration of buildings, plants, and equipment.

Support corporate projects in the East Coast region and ensure continuous improvement through feedback systems and performance monitoring.

Requirements :

Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in facility maintenance, with knowledge of SOP, ISO, and statutory requirements.

Strong leadership, contractor / vendor management, and problem‑solving skills.

Proficient in MS Office, with good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia, and willing to travel.
